Peggy M. Miller, Playwright and NovelistPeggy Miller has trained as a playwright over eight years at the Montana Repertory Missoula Colony. Two of her full length plays, Russell and Cooper, the story of artist Charley Russell, and Cate and Jorst, a play about overcoming prejudice, have received the Eugene O’Neill National Play Semi-finalist standing and finalist standing at a Colony competition, in that order. She has completed Finding Quint, a full length play about the struggle of divorced women coping in a world almost void of ethical leaders. Miller is not new to writing, having been an accomplished, five-time award winning photojournalist while at The Cabinet in the early 2000’s. These prestigious awards included two with New England Press Association, and three with New Hampshire Press Association.
